This is the support address for the App Store listing and for everything else.
What to expect
There is no ticket system and no bot. Write in English or Spanish and you will normally get an answer within a few days.
If something is broken, say which device and which watch, the course and the hole, and what number you expected instead of the one you saw. That is usually enough to find it.
A distance that looks wrong
Tell us the course, the hole and the tee. Every measured feature in a course package records where it came from and how confident the measurement was, so a report about one green is something we can go and check rather than argue about.
The app is not on the App Store yet
It is not available to download today. The waitlist on the home page is the way to hear about it on the day it is, and it is the only thing we will ever use your address for.
